Questions You May Have

  • I believe most people can benefit from therapy. Therapy may be right for you if you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or simply tired of handling everything on your own. You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit—many people come to therapy for support with stress, relationships, sleep, self-esteem, or healing from past experiences. If you’re curious about making changes in your life, want new ways to cope, or are ready to start healing old wounds, therapy can give you the tools and support to get there.

  • There isn’t one set answer—everyone’s journey looks different. The length of therapy depends on what brings you in and how quickly your mind and body are ready to move forward. We’ll regularly check in on your goals and decide together when you feel ready to end therapy. For some, healing from a single traumatic event may take just a handful of sessions, while working through complex trauma is often a longer-term process.

  • That’s completely okay—starting therapy is a personal choice, and only you can decide when the time feels right. In the meantime, you might find support groups, self-help books, or other healthy coping tools helpful. Whenever you’re ready, therapy will be here as an option—you don’t have to rush the process.
